Salary: Up to £54,000 (including OTE) based on skills and experience
Additional Compensation: Overtime, call-out, and standby pay
Working Hours:
Monday–Thursday: 08:00 – 16:45
Friday: 08:00 – 15:45 (early finish)
Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We’re on the lookout for a dedicated Lift Repair Engineer to cover Cambridge and its surrounding areas. This is a hands-on role where you’ll focus on repairs, fault finding, and ensuring lifts run reliably.
Your Local Patch:
- Covering Cambridge and nearby areas
- Structured local patch
- A mix of commercial, residential, and public sites
- No unnecessary long-distance travel
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct repairs and fault finding on lifts
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues
- Replace and upgrade components as needed
- Attend breakdowns and support call-outs
- Get lifts back into service safely and efficiently
- Complete site paperwork and maintain up-to-date records
Qualifications:
Lift Repair Engineer Requirements:
- An NVQ level 3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Lift Engineer with minor repairs
- A valid UK driving licence
