Position: Full-Time | Permanent

Salary: Up to £53,000 (including OTE), based on skills and experience

Working Hours:

Monday–Thursday: 08:00 – 16:45
Friday: 08:00 – 15:45 (early finish)

Are you ready to take your career to new heights? We’re on the lookout for a dedicated Lift Service Engineer to cover a route across Cambridge and its surrounding areas. You’ll be the go-to expert for servicing lifts, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring everything runs smoothly—backed by a supportive local team whenever you need it!

Your Patch:

  • Covering Cambridge and nearby areas
  • Structured route—no random national travel!
  • A mix of commercial, residential, and public sites
  • Mostly staying within your allocated area

Lift Engineer Responsibilities:

  • Performing servicing, repairs, and routine maintenance
  • Responding to breakdowns and callouts
  • Diagnosing faults and getting lifts back up and running
  • Ensuring sites are safe and compliant
  • Completing site logs and basic paperwork

Lift Engineer Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Experience as a lift engineer (service/repair)
  • Full UK driving licence
