Salary: Up to £53,000 (including OTE), based on skills and experience

Working Hours

Enjoy a balanced work-life with our schedule:

  • Monday–Thursday: 08:00 – 16:45
  • Friday: 08:00 – 15:45 (early finish!)

Your Role

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Lift Service Engineer to manage a route across Cambridge and its surrounding areas. You’ll take charge of your own patch, ensuring lifts are serviced, faults are diagnosed, and everything runs smoothly and safely. Plus, you’ll have the support of a local team whenever you need it!

Your Patch Includes:

  • Covering Cambridge and nearby areas
  • A structured route—no random national travel!
  • A mix of commercial, residential, and public sites
  • Mostly staying within your allocated area

Key Responsibilities

As a Lift Engineer, you will:

  • Perform servicing, repairs, and routine maintenance
  • Respond to breakdowns and callouts
  • Diagnose faults and get lifts back up and running
  • Ensure sites are safe and compliant
  • Complete site logs and basic paperwork

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Experience as a lift engineer (service/repair)
  • Full UK driving licence
