About the Role

As a lifeguard, you’ll play a crucial role in creating a safe and enjoyable environment at our Splash Waterworld. Your attention to detail and warm customer service will help guests make the most of their time with us. Plus, you’ll lead and support poolside activities, crafting memorable moments for everyone!
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure guest safety and enjoyment in the pool and on the flumes.
- Lead engaging poolside activities.
- Work across different teams to support various guest needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in accommodations on Mondays and Fridays.
About You
We’re looking for a high-spirited, fun-loving multi-tasker who thrives in a dynamic environment. If you love learning new things and working with a team that shares your enthusiasm, you’ll fit right in!
As a Team Member Plus, your week will be varied and exciting. While previous lifeguard qualifications are a plus, don’t worry if you don’t have one—we’ll provide you with the necessary training through the NPLQ course. If selected, you’ll also need to complete and pass a Butlin’s swim test, which includes:
- Swimming 50m in under 75 seconds
- Treading water
- Surface diving
- Climbing out of the pool unaided
