Your Role
As our Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in:
- Overseeing the operational, regulatory, and financial performance of the region.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with foster parents, local authorities, and relevant agencies.
- Setting exemplary standards of behavior and performance, embodying the vision and values of FCA.
- Ensuring the region is always inspection-ready and achieving the highest possible outcomes.
Who You Are
We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who:
- Has a full driving license and is comfortable traveling regularly across the region.
- Can work collaboratively with respect and integrity.
- Is passionate about achieving fantastic outcomes for children and young people.
