Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the BIM team on assigned projects, ensuring everything stays on budget and on schedule.
  • Create and maintain coordinated building information models and drawings to streamline the design and construction process.
  • Facilitate regular coordination meetings, using 3D models to enhance communication and highlight variations with the wider construction team.
  • Stay updated on all MEP systems to ensure optimized solutions and compliance with CDM regulations.
  • Visit sites to gain hands-on experience, applying insights to improve modeling and coordination.
  • Mentor and develop team skills in software, MEP systems, and coordination, providing guidance to maximize performance.
  • Transform engineers’ calculations and sketches into accurate, structured models, incorporating NG Bailey Offsite solutions.
  • Produce detailed drawings from 3D models for various stages including design, installation, and manufacturing.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience managing BIM Technicians or similar roles is a plus.
  • Solid background in BIM, with proficiency in CAD and Revit.
  • Experience in MEP projects.
  • Creative problem-solver with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in guiding clients with limited BIM or CAD knowledge.
