Location: Bristol, Cardiff, South-West Region
Hours: 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm
Salary: Up to £50,000, plus overtime, escalation call-out (1 in 5), and flexible benefits

Your Key Responsibilities

As a Mobile Supervisor, you will:

  • Lead and inspire a team of technicians, ensuring top-notch service delivery across all operations.
  • Manage Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), ensuring timely completion in line with SLA targets.
  • Maintain a manageable backlog of PPM tasks and ensure all reactive work is completed promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams to address any concerns.
  • Attend client calls and meetings as needed, ensuring all follow-up actions are executed swiftly.
  • Conduct performance reviews, set clear team objectives, and support individual development.
  • Carry out risk assessments, site log book maintenance, and safety audits in compliance with regulations.

What We’re Looking For

We seek a Mobile Supervisor (Mechanical or Electrical) who is proactive and has a knack for fault-finding. You should be personable and able to clearly explain solutions to clients when necessary.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • Strong knowledge of both commercial and domestic systems.
  • Ability to carry out PPMs to SFG20 or equivalent standards.
  • Advanced fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
  • Relevant mechanical or electrical qualifications (City & Guilds or equivalent).
  • Experience supervising reactive repairs and managing small projects.
