About the Role

Are you ready to take your estimating career to the next level? We’re excited to announce a brand new opportunity for a Senior Estimator in our growing Facilities Services division. With our continued expansion, we need an experienced professional to help us seize new opportunities and drive our success!

In this pivotal role, you’ll lead the commercial and technical pricing for complex, high-value maintenance and FM projects. Reporting to the Head of Estimating, you’ll collaborate closely with operational, commercial, and bid teams to craft competitive and deliverable solutions. This position is primarily remote, with occasional travel to our Leeds or London offices.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end estimating process for large, complex FM tenders and frameworks.
  • Develop accurate, compliant, and commercially robust first-principles cost models.
  • Analyze tender documentation, asset data, and service requirements to shape competitive solutions.
  • Evaluate risks and opportunities, integrating them into pricing and submission strategies.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Directors and the Proposals team to drive win themes and differentiators.
  • Present pricing strategies and outputs at internal governance reviews and senior stakeholder meetings.
  • Ensure a smooth handover to delivery teams post-award.

What We’re Looking For

We seek an established estimating professional with a proven track record in Hard FM, who is comfortable leading strategic bids and shaping winning strategies. You should have:

  • Strong experience with SFG20 maintenance standards and asset-based pricing methodologies.
  • Experience with CCS, Government, or other public sector framework tendering.
  • A history of winning large, complex FM tenders and frameworks.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with strong Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels.
