The Role

As our Account Director, you will take full ownership of service delivery, financial performance, and client relationships. You’ll lead both resident and mobile teams, driving operational excellence and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. Your leadership will foster a customer partnership that opens doors to new opportunities.

This is a highly visible role within our organization, where you will shape the strategic direction of the account, introduce technical innovations, and deliver services that meet the high standards of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of financial performance, including gross profit, WIP, and aged debt.
  • Ensure contract KPIs/SLAs are consistently met through regular performance reviews.
  • Design and implement a tailored customer relationship program to enhance satisfaction and uncover new opportunities.
  • Lead, coach, and develop your team with a focus on succession planning.
  • Manage staffing levels and resources to align with operational demands.
  • Oversee project works, leveraging wider business capabilities as needed.
  • Uphold rigorous health, safety, and compliance standards.
  • Champion innovation and continuous improvement across the account.

What We're Looking For

  • A proven Account Director or senior FM leader with experience in large-scale, high-value contracts.
  • A track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to develop, inspire, and retain high-performing teams.
  • Commercial acumen, with a knack for identifying and developing new opportunities.
  • An M&E/FM background with solid technical expertise.
