Your Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring manning levels and standards meet all contractual obligations.
  • Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction while achieving budgeted revenue and margin targets.
  • Own the mobilisation process from inception to completion, ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Drive financial performance, including gross profit delivery and timely debt collection.
  • Champion Health & Safety compliance across all activities.
  • Utilise CAFM systems to maximise productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain the highest quality standards.

What We’re Looking For

You are a confident, commercially aware leader who inspires your team and keeps complex contracts running smoothly. Your experience includes:

  • Delivering FM services in complex, high-profile environments.
  • Managing and developing multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Financial management, including P&L accountability.
  • Leading contract mobilisations and driving continuous improvement.
  • Working with CAFM systems and using data to drive performance.
  • A relevant technical, engineering, or FM qualification is desirable.
