Your Role

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the operational delivery of the project, ensuring that safety, technical, commercial, and managerial requirements are met throughout the entire project lifecycle—from bid to successful completion. Your leadership will be key in maintaining and improving profitability while fostering high-quality customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Champion our Safety First message across all project activities.
  • Engage in bid activities to create professional, profitable proposals that exceed customer expectations.
  • Lead pre-commencement activities to set the stage for success.
  • Maximize efficiency and profitability during the delivery phase.
  • Ensure precise understanding of customer requirements through thorough scope reviews.
  • Identify and manage project risks proactively.
  • Guide the team, including specialist sub-contractors, to successful project completion.
  • Contribute to business strategy and enhance company communications.
  • Conduct contract reviews and prepare project-related reports.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Director to develop and update business plans.
  • Build and maintain positive, long-term customer relationships.

  • Demonstrable experience in mechanical building services within a construction environment.
  • Proven track record in managing high-value projects throughout their lifecycle.
  • Ability to obtain security clearance.
