Are you ready to take the reins of a pivotal role in our Facilities Services team? As the Head of CAFM Systems, you will be at the forefront of our systems transformation journey. This is not just a job; it's an opportunity to lead a dedicated team and make a real impact!

Your Mission

In this newly created leadership role, you will:

  • Own and drive the Facilities Services systems strategy, including JobLogic, IFS, and future platforms.
  • Lead the Insight team, setting the direction for data management and system optimization.
  • Champion user adoption and standardize business processes to eliminate manual workarounds.
  • Prioritize and govern system change requests in collaboration with ICT and technology vendors.
  • Shape our future systems roadmap with a focus on automation, workflow improvement, and emerging AI tools.
  • Act as the senior voice for systems, contributing to our broader business and digital transformation agenda.

What We’re Looking For

We seek an inspiring leader who has a proven track record in systems or data migration. If you can demonstrate a successful strategy you've set and the measurable improvements that followed, we want to hear from you!

  • Proven experience in leading systems or data migration, with measurable improvements in accuracy and system utilization.
  • Essential experience in CAFM and data management.
  • Experience owning operational or enterprise systems, showcasing the business benefits delivered.
  • A confident, collaborative leadership style that fosters strong relationships across Operations, ICT, and Transformation.
  • Comfort in a complex, fast-paced, multi-site operational environment.
