About the Role

Are you an experienced Electrical Technician looking to make a significant impact in a high-profile commercial environment? Join us at the prestigious Broadgate Estate Portfolio in London! In this role, you will be responsible for providing both planned and reactive electrical maintenance across landlord areas, ensuring that our building services and electrical systems are safe, reliable, and operating efficiently.

Your expertise will help us deliver exceptional service standards while supporting the day-to-day operations of critical building infrastructure. If you have strong fault-finding skills and a customer-focused approach, we want to hear from you!

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on electrical plant and equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical faults, ensuring systems are returned to service safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain electrical systems, control panels, actuators, and associated building services equipment.
  • Support minor installation works and electrical improvements across the estate.
  • Complete accurate maintenance records and provide clear reports on works undertaken.
  • Assist with the management and supervision of specialist contractors when required.
  • Deliver a high standard of service while maintaining a safe, reliable, and well-presented working environment.

What We're Looking For

  • Level 3 City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent electrical qualification.
  • Experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer or Technician within a commercial building environment.
  • Strong electrical fault-finding, diagnostic, and repair skills.
  • Experience in carrying out planned and reactive maintenance activities.
  • Knowledge of electrical distribution systems, controls, and associated building services plant.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Working Hours

This position operates on a rotating daytime shift pattern:

  • 7:00am - 4:00pm
  • 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • 10:00am - 7:00pm
