Your Role and Responsibilities
In this key leadership position, you will:
- Lead and coordinate HV/LV electrical operations, including installation, maintenance, and commissioning activities.
- Manage project delivery to ensure works are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Support commercial activities, including estimation, tender preparation, and bid submissions.
- Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSQE) standards and procedures.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and development to operational teams, driving high performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Oversee planning and resource allocation, including labor, plant, and materials.
- Develop and implement best practice processes and operational procedures.
- Utilize modern technology and systems to improve efficiency and performance.
- Drive a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing HV and LV electrical operations within utilities, construction, or industrial environments.
- Strong commercial awareness, including estimation and bid preparation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety requirements and electrical standards.
- Customer-focused approach with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant electrical engineering qualifications (HNC/HND, Degree, or equivalent).
Desirable Qualifications:
- AP or SAP authorization for HV/LV systems.
- Experience working with modern digital tools and operational systems.
- Experience delivering projects within regulated environments or for major utility clients.
