Join Our Team as a Technical Sales Advisor in Dartford!

Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Sales Advisor to join the Stannah Maintenance and Repair Division at our Dartford Service Branch.

As a Technical Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing quotations and securing orders for minor repair opportunities within our client base. If you have a passion for sales and a background in lift experience, we want to hear from you!

Your Mission:

We are looking for a dynamic individual who is:

• Target-driven with a strong understanding of customer service excellence.
• Skilled in building and developing relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Comfortable working in a busy office environment.

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 09:00 to 17:15
Friday: 09:00 to 16:15

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure sales opportunities by building internal networks and targeting new and existing customers for minor repairs and equipment enhancements.
• Manage a strong sales pipeline to meet targets, ensuring accurate and timely quotes, proposals, and follow-ups for minor repair work.
• Maintain detailed records of all activities, including leads, quotations, meeting notes, and outcomes, using tools like Excel.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, providing regular updates to the Branch Manager.
• Promote safety, quality, and the Stannah brand, while demonstrating flexibility and professionalism, including occasional travel within the service area.

Qualifications:

Technical Sales Consultant Requirements:

• GCSE English Grade C or above is required.
• Lift experience is preferable.
• Proven sales experience.
