About the Role

We are excited to invite an enthusiastic and experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will work closely with teaching staff and the Inclusion team to provide tailored support that helps every pupil thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide targeted support to pupils with SEND, both in and out of the classroom.
  • Collaborate with class teachers to adapt learning activities and resources.
  • Support the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and personalized interventions.
  • Foster positive relationships that build pupil confidence, independence, and engagement.
  • Monitor and record progress, providing feedback to staff and contributing to reviews.
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
  • Work effectively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals as needed.
