The Role

As a Nursery Room Leader, you’ll play a vital role in helping children learn, play, and grow in a safe and engaging environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading a nurturing, high-quality learning environment
• Supporting and mentoring team members
• Building strong relationships with children and families
• Maintaining safeguarding, records, and room standards

About You

You’re compassionate, reliable, and committed to making a difference every day. Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Essential: Level 3 childcare qualification
• Confident written and spoken English
• Desirable: Experience in an Early Years setting
• Knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding best practices
