The Role

As a Nursery Room Leader, you’ll play a vital role in helping children learn, play, and grow in a safe and engaging environment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a nurturing, high-quality learning environment.
  • Supporting and mentoring team members.
  • Building strong relationships with children and families.
  • Maintaining safeguarding, records, and room standards.

About You

You’re compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to making a difference every day. Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Essential: Level 3 childcare qualification and confident written and spoken English.
  • Desirable: Experience in an Early Years setting and knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding best practices.
