Your Role
As a Senior / Supervising Social Worker, you will:
- Recruit, train, assess, support, and supervise a diverse range of Foster Parents.
- Ensure high-quality placements for looked-after children.
- Work closely with Foster Parents, providing them with the support they need to thrive.

What We’re Looking For
We seek an enthusiastic and committed self-starter who can work independently while maintaining strong connections with team members and Foster Parents. The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent assessment and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong IT skills and the ability to produce high-quality reports.
- A qualification in Social Work and current Social Work England registration.
- Recent experience in fostering and children’s services (desirable but not essential).
- A solid understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to fostering and safeguarding.
Working Conditions
This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary of up to £43,626.47 per annum, depending on experience. You will enjoy:
- A £1,000 car allowance or access to a company car scheme.
- 30 days of annual leave, increasing to 35 days with length of service.
