Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Sales Consultant to join the Stannah Maintenance and Repair Division at our Glasgow Service Branch. If you have a passion for sales and a knack for building relationships, we want to hear from you!

Your Role

As a Technical Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing quotations and securing orders for minor repair opportunities within our client base. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a busy office environment, is target-driven, and has a solid understanding of customer service excellence.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Previous lift experience and a background in sales or business development.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and develop relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and securing sales opportunities.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Identify and secure sales opportunities by building internal networks and targeting new and existing customers for minor repairs and equipment enhancements.
  • Manage a strong sales pipeline to meet targets, ensuring accurate and timely quotes, proposals, and follow-ups for minor repair work.
  • Maintain detailed records of all activities, including leads, quotations, meeting notes, and outcomes, using tools like Excel.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, providing regular updates to the Branch Manager.
  • Promote safety, quality, and the Stannah brand, while demonstrating flexibility and professionalism, including occasional travel within the service area.

Working Hours

Enjoy a balanced work-life with our hours: Monday to Thursday, and Friday.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • GCSE English Grade C or above.
  • Lift experience is preferable.
  • Proven sales experience.
