Join Our Team as a Technical Sales Advisor in Dartford!
Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Sales Advisor to join the Stannah Maintenance and Repair Division at our Dartford Service Branch. If you have a passion for sales and a background in lift services, we want to hear from you!
As a Technical Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing quotations and securing orders for minor repair opportunities within our client base. We’re looking for someone who is target-driven and has a strong understanding of customer service excellence.
Your Responsibilities
- Identify and secure sales opportunities by building internal networks and targeting new and existing customers for minor repairs and equipment enhancements.
- Manage a robust sales pipeline to meet targets, ensuring accurate and timely quotes, proposals, and follow-ups for minor repair work.
- Maintain detailed records of all activities, including leads, quotations, meeting notes, and outcomes, using tools like Excel.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, providing regular updates to the Branch Manager.
- Promote safety, quality, and the Stannah brand while demonstrating flexibility and professionalism, including occasional travel within the service area.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualifications: GCSE English Grade C or above is required.
- Experience: Previous lift experience is preferable.
- Sales Skills: Proven sales experience in a busy office environment.
Working Conditions
Your working hours will be Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 17:15 and Friday from 09:00 to 16:15. We value work-life balance and strive to create a supportive environment for our team.
