As a Field Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering our Branch Business Plan. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently planning Engineers' workloads
- Managing team performance, absence, and appraisals
- Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety procedures, including conducting risk assessments
- Regularly monitoring sites to maintain high standards
- Building strong relationships with customers and addressing their queries
- Maintaining credit control logs and CRM systems
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Engineer ready to step into management or a seasoned manager eager to inspire a team dedicated to exceptional service and safety standards.
You will be based at our Warrington Service Branch, with travel across the North West, so a full UK driving licence is essential.
Working Hours:
Monday-Thursday: 08:00 - 16:45
Friday: 08:00 - 15:45
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in the lift industry or a similar service sector is essential
- Relevant technical or management qualifications are desirable
- NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering is a plus
