Working Hours
Enjoy a great work-life balance with our structured hours:
- Monday–Thursday: 08:00 – 16:45
- Friday: 08:00 – 15:45 (early finish!)
Your Role
We are on the lookout for a dedicated Lift Service Engineer to cover Guildford and its surrounding areas. You’ll be responsible for:
- Servicing lifts and ensuring they run smoothly
- Fault finding and troubleshooting
- Maintaining safety and compliance at all sites
- Completing site logs and necessary paperwork
Your Patch
You'll have your own designated area, which includes:
- Covering Guildford and nearby locations
- A structured route—no random national travel!
- A mix of commercial, residential, and public sites
Responsibilities
As a Lift Engineer, your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Carrying out servicing, repairs, and routine maintenance
- Attending breakdowns and callouts
- Fault finding to get lifts back up and running
- Ensuring sites are safe and compliant
Qualifications
Lift Engineer Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering (or equivalent)
- Experience in lift engineering (service/repair)
- Full UK driving licence
