Working Hours:
Monday–Thursday: 08:00 – 16:45
Friday: 08:00 – 15:45 (early finish)
Are you ready to take your career to new heights? We’re on the lookout for a passionate Lift Repair Engineer to join our dynamic team in Luton and the surrounding areas!
Your Role:
This hands-on position is all about keeping lifts running smoothly. You’ll be tackling repairs, diagnosing faults, and ensuring reliability across a local patch. Enjoy the freedom of managing your own day-to-day tasks, with support from a local supervisor when needed.
Your Patch:
- Covering Luton and nearby areas
- Structured local patch
- Diverse mix of commercial, residential, and public sites
- No unnecessary long-distance travel
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting repairs and fault finding on lifts
- Diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues
- Replacing and upgrading components
- Responding to breakdowns and supporting call-outs
- Ensuring lifts are back in service safely and efficiently
- Completing site paperwork and maintaining accurate records
Qualifications:
Lift Engineer Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering (or equivalent)
- Experience as a lift engineer (service/repair)
- Full UK driving licence
