Your Role

We are excited to invite an experienced Teacher of Business Studies to join our fantastic team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality teaching and learning across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping students achieve strong academic outcomes while developing a solid understanding of business concepts and real-world economic issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Business Studies up to GCSE level, delivering engaging and relevant lessons.
• Plan and deliver high-quality learning aligned with departmental schemes of work.
• Set ambitious targets and provide clear, constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate assessment records and contribute to departmental tracking.
• Inspire pupils to develop commercial awareness, critical thinking, and enterprise skills.
• Contribute to curriculum development and departmental improvement.
• Support the wider school community through extracurricular activities, such as enterprise clubs, competitions, or trips.
• Comply with all school policies related to teaching, learning, and assessment.
