Your Role as Registered Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Registered Manager to join our friendly team. In this pivotal role, you will:

• Oversee the operational, regulatory, and financial performance of the region.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with foster parents, local authorities, and relevant agencies.
• Set exemplary standards of behavior and performance, promoting FCA's vision and values.
• Ensure the region is always inspection-ready, striving for the highest possible outcomes.
• Travel regularly across the region and surrounding areas, so a full driving license is essential.
