Your Responsibilities:

As a Nursery Housekeeper, you will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the nursery. Your tasks will include:

• Cleaning and maintaining playrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and communal areas
• Sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitising surfaces, and emptying bins
• Cleaning and disinfecting children's bathrooms and high-touch surfaces
• Supporting laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding nursery linen
• Assisting with kitchen cleanliness
• Using cleaning products and equipment safely
• Monitoring cleaning stock levels
• Following Health & Safety and safeguarding procedures
• Supporting periodic deep cleaning tasks
• Collaborating with the nursery team to ensure a safe environment

What We're Looking For:

Essential:

• Reliable and punctual
• Able to work independently
• Good attention to detail
• Pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards
• Positive and proactive approach to work

Desirable:

• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience
• Knowledge of safe cleaning practices
• Experience in a nursery, school, or healthcare environment
