Position Details
- Salary: £12.71 per hour
- Hours: Permanent | 16 hours per week | Monday – Friday
- Flexibility: Evening shifts (18:00 - 20:00) or morning hours available
- Location: Nottingham
Your Role
As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring our nursery is clean, safe, and inviting for our children. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing daily cleaning tasks across the nursery, including classrooms, bathrooms, corridors, and staff areas.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness in line with nursery hygiene procedures.
- Cleaning toilets, sinks, and changing areas while disposing of waste appropriately.
- Replenishing cleaning supplies and reporting low stock to management.
- Following health and safety procedures, including the safe use of cleaning products.
- Preparing the nursery for the next day and ensuring it is safe and hygienic.
- Locking and securing the premises as part of key holder responsibilities.

- Takes pride in maintaining high cleaning standards.
- Is reliable, organized, and able to work independently.
- Has previous cleaning or housekeeping experience (desirable but not essential).
