Position: Qualified Registered Adult Nurse
Location: Priory Hospital Bristol
Hours: Full-time | 37.5 hours a week | Site-based
Salary: £39,392

At Priory Hospital Bristol, we are seeking a Qualified Registered Adult Nurse with 6-12 months of post-registration experience to join our dynamic team on the Rehab and Recovery ward. Your Role and Responsibilities

As a vital member of our team, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care to a defined group of patients.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and review care plans in collaboration with patients and their families.
  • Work closely within a multidisciplinary team to maintain accurate clinical records.
  • Supervise and support nursing and healthcare assistant staff, acting as Nurse in Charge when needed.
  • Contribute to clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding, medicines management, and professional standards.
  • Support the development of junior staff and student nurses while pursuing your own professional growth.

In this role, you will play a key part in patient recovery, ensuring dignity, respect, and high standards of care throughout their journey.

What You Bring to the Table

Essential:

  • Qualified Registered Adult Nurse with 6-12 months post-registration experience.
  • Active NMC Registration and completion of preceptorship or equivalent programme.

Desirable:

  • Experience in Rehab and Recovery.
