What You'll Be Doing
In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in patient recovery, helping to assess and deliver personalized treatment plans while upholding dignity, respect, and the highest standards of care.
You will:
- Manage and deliver speech and language therapy care plans, including assessment, treatment, and progress tracking.
- Supervise junior staff and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, policy-compliant practice.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and professionals throughout the rehabilitation process.
- Support service development by promoting therapy, implementing innovative techniques, and ensuring cost-effective care.

What You'll Bring to the Role
Essential:
To thrive in this role, you will need a relevant degree, HCPC registration, and a postgraduate qualification from RCSLT. We are looking for someone with relevant experience, including specialization in areas such as dysphagia, and strong assessment skills.
