Our hospital is a specialist inpatient treatment center that provides vital support for mental health conditions and addictions, including depression treatment, alcohol and drug rehabilitation, and private autism assessments for adults. Conveniently located with easy access to public transport and major motorways, we are committed to making a difference in the lives of our patients.

Your Role and Responsibilities
As a key member of our compassionate team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the wellbeing of our patients. We believe in a personalized approach, utilizing proven therapies to empower individuals to build healthier, more fulfilling futures.
In this leadership position, you will:
- Provide clinical leadership and oversee the daily operations of our Eating Disorder Unit.
- Lead and support the nursing team to ensure high standards of patient care.
- Manage staffing and compliance while fostering a positive, safe, and compassionate environment for both patients and colleagues.
What You’ll Bring to the Role
Essential Qualifications:
- Registered Mental Health Nurse with a minimum of two years of leadership experience.
- Experience supervising nursing or care staff.
- Evidence of continuing professional development (CPD).
- Trained Assessor/Supervisor (or willingness to achieve this).
- Proficient in computer skills.
- Desire to pursue further clinical, leadership, and management training.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a clinical environment.
