Position: Full-time | 37.5 hours a week | Site-based
Salary: £39,392
Are you a Qualified Registered Adult Nurse with 6-12 months of post-registration experience? If you have an active NMC Registration and have completed your preceptorship or an equivalent program, we want to hear from you! Please note, this role is not suitable for newly qualified nurses or those currently in preceptorship, and we are not offering sponsorship for this position.
In this role, you will be part of our Rehab and Recovery ward, where we provide comprehensive rehabilitation services for individuals with complex mental health needs. Your Role and Responsibilities
As a vital member of our team, you will:
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care to a defined group of patients.
- Assess, plan, implement, and review care plans in collaboration with patients and their families.
- Work closely within a multidisciplinary team, maintaining accurate clinical records.
- Ensure effective communication with patients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
- Supervise and support nursing and healthcare assistant staff, acting as Nurse in Charge when needed.
- Contribute to clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding, medicines management, and professional standards.
- Support the development of junior staff and student nurses while pursuing your own professional growth.

What You’ll Bring to the Role
Essential:
- Qualified Registered Adult Nurse with 6-12 months post-registration experience, active NMC Registration, and completed preceptorship or equivalent program.
Desirable:
