Your New Role
As part of the Global Technology & Operations team, you will play a crucial role in building media technology and IT systems that meet the world-class standards for which WBD is known. You’ll be involved in a technology transformation for our sports channels, working within a hybrid architecture that combines on-premises and cloud solutions.

Your Role Accountabilities
- Support: Provide Tier 2 support and manage tickets escalated from Level 0 and Level 1 support teams.
- Coordinate incident and problem follow-ups with internal and external teams.
- Plan maintenance activities and monitor the overall health of the platform.
- Engineering: Manage short-term engineering projects and collaborate with the Tier 3 engineering team.
- Gather workflow requirements from WBD Sports, TNT Sports, and Eurosport offices.
- Design centralized workflows across MAM and Post-Production platforms.
Qualifications & Experiences
- Degree in Technology, Engineering, Broadcast, or a related field.
- Fluent in written and spoken English; French language skills are a plus.
- Strong communication skills and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Broadcast Technology in a support or engineering role.
- Experience with MAM and Post-Production tools.
- Good understanding of IT technologies and emerging industry trends.
Working Conditions
- Based in London, UK with minimal travel expected.
- Work on shifts, including evenings and weekends, with on-call rotation.
- This is a permanent contract with a hybrid working model.
