Position Details
- Location: Site-based at Bristol
- Hours: Full-time | 37.5 hours a week
- Salary: £39,392
Please note: This role requires 6-12 months of post-registration experience and is not suitable for newly qualified nurses or those currently in preceptorship. We are currently unable to offer sponsorship for this position.
Your Role
As a vital member of our Rehab and Recovery ward, you will:
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care to a defined group of patients.
- Assess, plan, implement, and review care plans in partnership with patients and their families.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to maintain accurate clinical records.
- Supervise and support nursing and healthcare assistant staff, acting as Nurse in Charge when required.
- Contribute to clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding, medicines management, and professional standards.
- Support the development of junior staff and student nurses while maintaining your own professional growth.
In this role, you will play a key part in patient recovery, ensuring dignity, respect, and high standards of care throughout the treatment process.
What You’ll Bring
Essential Qualifications:
- Qualified Registered Adult Nurse with 6-12 months post-registration experience.
- Active NMC Registration and completion of preceptorship or equivalent programme.
Desirable Experience:
- Experience in Rehab and Recovery.
