Position: Qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
Salary: £36,296 - £39,511
Hours: Full Time | 37.5 hours a week

Your Role

As a Qualified RMN, you will:

  • Deliver tailored care to a defined group of patients, working closely with them and their families.
  • Assess, plan, and provide person-centered nursing care while acting as the named nurse.
  • Monitor and evaluate patients' needs and progress, adjusting care plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team, participating in both clinical and non-clinical meetings.
  • Manage nursing priorities through effective delegation and shift coordination.
  • Maintain professional standards through ongoing development and adherence to the NMC Code of Conduct.
  • Support newly qualified staff through preceptorship and foster positive relationships with patients and colleagues.

What You Bring

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6 months post-registration experience in a Mental Health or Learning Disabilities Care Environment.
  • Evidence of continued professional development in your relevant field.
