Location: Harpenden, Hertfordshire
Hours: 45 hours per week (some flexibility available—just let us know during our chat!)

Your Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be at the heart of our construction projects, ensuring effective commercial management from start to finish. This is your chance to enhance your skills while contributing to impactful infrastructure projects!
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with the project delivery team to maintain contractual control and manage costs across various projects.
- Oversee commercial aspects of subcontract accounts from procurement to interim and final account agreements.
- Engage in final account negotiations to secure the best outcomes.
- Support projects throughout their lifecycle, from pre-construction to delivery.
- Promote wellbeing within your team and foster an inclusive workplace that values diversity.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you:
- Hold a relevant academic qualification in a construction-related degree.
- Possess a full driving license.
- Have prior experience in a commercial role for a contractor.
- Are familiar with various contract forms.
- Thrive in a collaborative team environment.
