Salary: Accredited £39,140 - £45,320 | Unaccredited £32,000 - £39,000

Our unique program, Flourish, is delivered by qualified therapists in a non-medical setting, making it an ideal choice for those who don’t require medical detox but seek structured therapy and community connection to achieve meaningful, sustainable recovery.
Your Role and Responsibilities
As an experienced therapist, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through:
- Daily group sessions and evening recovery-focused activities
- Psychoeducational workshops aimed at developing practical coping strategies
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality, evidence-based assessments and therapeutic interventions for individuals facing substance misuse and addictive behaviors.
- Delivering individual and group therapy sessions, crafting personalized treatment plans that support recovery and promote long-term wellbeing.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, maintaining accurate clinical records, and contributing to case reviews and care planning.
- Building therapeutic relationships that foster engagement, resilience, and positive outcomes while adhering to professional and ethical standards.
What You’ll Bring to the Role
Essential Qualifications:
- Accredited with a recognized professional body (e.g., BACP, UKCP, NCS or equivalent).
- Proven experience in delivering therapeutic interventions for substance misuse and addictive behaviors.
- Ability to facilitate one-to-one and group therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches.
- Strong skills in assessment, risk management, care planning, and clinical record-keeping.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Desirable Experience:
- Experience in a residential addiction treatment or rehabilitation setting.
- Experience in delivering psychoeducational groups and recovery-focused interventions.
- Familiarity with safeguarding procedures and clinical governance.
- Additional training in addiction therapies, CBT, DBT, or Motivational Interviewing (MI).
