Your Role

This is an exciting opportunity to manage the commercial resources of innovative construction projects in the Waterbeach area. You’ll play a pivotal role in maximizing project profitability through strategic contract management while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will:

• Manage commercial resources to maximize planned gross margin and project profitability.
• Appoint subcontractors and place orders for materials and plant within delegated authorities.
• Measure and value work to support invoicing of customers and payment to suppliers.
• Lead and motivate the project’s commercial staff to foster collaborative relationships.
• Assess, control, and mitigate commercial and contractual risks while implementing risk management policies.
