Your Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be a vital part of our commercial team, driving success during the construction phase of our Water Framework project. Your expertise will help ensure we deliver outstanding results while collaborating closely with our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with procurement strategies, managing subcontract inquiries and tender reviews.
- Oversee valuations, project cashflows, and turnover forecasts, providing monthly cost reports.
- Offer legal and contractual advice on orders, changes, and subcontractor administration.
- Drive commercial initiatives and create margin improvement plans to maximize opportunities.
- Lead and support junior staff, ensuring workload targets and deadlines are met.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if:
- You hold a relevant academic qualification in a construction-related degree.
- You possess a full driving license.
- You have prior experience in a commercial role for a contractor, ideally with MEP exposure.
- You are familiar with a variety of contract forms.
- You thrive in a collaborative team environment.
