Join Our Team as a Therapy Lead at Priory Eden House!

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in the world of addiction recovery? Priory Eden House is excited to welcome a passionate Therapy Lead to our dedicated team. This full-time role offers 37.5 hours per week of rewarding work in a supportive environment.

As the first service in our innovative Division of Residential Addictions, branded under “Flourish,” Eden House is set to be a pioneering therapy-led residential program. We are committed to helping individuals achieve sustainable recovery from addiction and related behaviors.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Therapy Lead, you will:

  • Be an integral part of a compassionate team focused on the wellbeing of our residents.
  • Assist qualified staff in assessing and implementing individual patient care plans.
  • Support a diverse range of therapy staff, including psychology, therapy, OT, and assistants.
  • Facilitate regular management supervision in line with Priory policy.
  • Manage clinical issues, including risk management and complex patient needs.

What You Bring to the Role

We are looking for someone who is:

  • A registered healthcare professional (HCPC) or accredited psychotherapist (BACP, BABCP, UKCP).
  • A strong leader with experience in managing therapy teams.
  • Resilient and empathetic, able to support others through challenges.
  • Experienced in a commercial setting with an understanding of cost management.
