Location: Harpenden, Hertfordshire
Hours: 45 hours per week - we offer some flexibility, so just let us know what works for you!

Your Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be at the heart of our commercial management efforts, playing a vital role in the success of our construction projects. You will collaborate closely with the project delivery team, engaging in every phase of the project lifecycle—from pre-construction planning to successful completion. This is a fantastic opportunity to enhance your skills while contributing to impactful infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Work alongside the project delivery team to ensure effective contractual control and cost management across various projects.
- Manage the commercial aspects of subcontract accounts, from procurement to interim and final account agreements.
- Engage in final account negotiations to secure the best possible outcomes.
- Support projects throughout their lifecycle, from pre-construction to delivery.
- Promote wellbeing within your team and foster an inclusive workplace that values diversity.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you:
- Hold a relevant academic qualification in a construction-related degree.
- Possess a full driving license.
- Have prior experience in a commercial role for a contractor.
- Are familiar with a variety of contract forms.
- Can work collaboratively as part of a team.
