About Us

Eden House is a cozy, 18-bed residential service that offers a pioneering therapy-led addiction program called Flourish. Our mission is to provide bespoke treatment for a variety of addictions in a calm and homely environment. Here, we create a safe haven away from the stresses of daily life, forming part of a wider network of residential addiction treatment homes across the UK.

Our Flourish program is delivered by qualified therapists in a non-medical setting, making it an ideal choice for individuals who don’t require medical detox but seek structured therapy, community connection, and practical tools for sustainable recovery.

Your Role

As an experienced therapist, you will:

• Guide clients through daily group sessions, evening recovery-focused activities, and psychoeducational workshops.
• Provide high-quality, evidence-based assessments, treatments, and therapeutic interventions for individuals facing substance misuse and addictive behaviors.
• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions, crafting person-centered treatment plans that support recovery and promote long-term wellbeing.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, maintaining accurate clinical records and contributing to case reviews, risk assessments, and care planning.
• Build therapeutic relationships that foster engagement, resilience, and positive outcomes while adhering to professional and ethical standards.

What You’ll Bring

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Essential Qualifications:
• Accreditation with a recognized professional body (e.g., BACP, UKCP, NCS or equivalent).
• Proven experience in delivering therapeutic interventions for individuals with substance misuse and addictive behaviors.
• Ability to facilitate both one-to-one and group therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches.
• Strong skills in assessment, risk management, care planning, and clinical record-keeping.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Beneficial Experience:
• Experience in a residential addiction treatment or rehabilitation setting.
• Experience in delivering psychoeducational groups, relapse prevention, and recovery-focused interventions.
• Familiarity with safeguarding procedures, clinical governance, and regulatory standards.
• Additional training or qualifications in addiction therapies, CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing (MI), or other evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
