Your Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in leading the commercial delivery of key work packages across the East Hyde STW Growth Project. This is your chance to influence commercial strategy during the detailed design phase, ensuring robust commercial controls are in place throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Lead procurement activities, including tender evaluation, recommendations, and subcontract awards.
- Administer subcontract accounts, valuations, change events, and final accounts.
- Provide leadership, support, and mentoring to Quantity Surveyors within the project team.
- Manage project change, risk, and opportunity while ensuring contractual compliance.
- Contribute to commercial reporting, including CVR, forecasting, and cash flow management.

- You possess a full driving license.
- You have prior experience in a commercial role for a contractor.
- You are familiar with a variety of contract forms.
