Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Therapy Lead, you will:

  • Be part of a compassionate team dedicated to patient wellbeing.
  • Utilize proven therapies to help individuals build a healthier, more fulfilling future.
  • Assist qualified staff in assessing and implementing individual patient care plans.
  • Lead and support a diverse range of therapy staff, including psychology and other specialisms.
  • Facilitate regular management supervision in line with Priory policy.
  • Manage clinical issues, including risk management and complex patient needs.

What You Bring to the Role

We’re looking for someone who is resilient and empathetic, ready to support others through their recovery journey. The ideal candidate will:

  • Be a registered healthcare professional with HCPC or an accredited psychotherapist (BACP, BABCP, UKCP).
  • Have substantial experience in addiction services and a strong understanding of therapeutic roles in mental health settings.
  • Demonstrate proven experience in managerial supervision and decision-making.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Have experience in a commercial environment with an awareness of cost management.
