Salary: £39,392
Are you a Qualified Registered Adult Nurse with 6-12 months of post-registration experience? If you have an active NMC Registration and have completed your preceptorship or equivalent program, we want to hear from you! Please note, this role is not suitable for newly qualified nurses or those still in preceptorship, and we are currently unable to offer sponsorship.
In this exciting role, you will be working on our Rehab and Recovery ward, where we provide comprehensive rehabilitation services for individuals with complex mental health needs. Your Role and Responsibilities
As a vital member of our team, you will:
- Deliver high-quality, person-centered nursing care to a defined group of patients.
- Assess, plan, implement, and review care plans in partnership with patients and their families.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and maintain accurate clinical records.
- Supervise and support nursing and healthcare assistant staff, acting as Nurse in Charge when required.
- Contribute to clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding, medicines management, and professional standards.
- Support the development of junior staff and student nurses while maintaining your own professional growth.

What You’ll Bring to the Role
Essential:
- Qualified Registered Adult Nurse with 6-12 months post-registration experience and active NMC Registration.
