Are you a passionate and qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with 6-12 months of post-registration experience? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you at Priory Hospital Mildmay Oaks, a specialist facility focusing on autism and learning disabilities.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a vital member of our compassionate team, you will:
- Deliver personalized care to a defined group of patients, working closely with them and their families.
- Assess, plan, and provide person-centered nursing care, acting as the named nurse.
- Monitor and evaluate patients’ needs and progress, adjusting care plans as necessary.
- Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team, participating in both clinical and non-clinical meetings.
- Manage nursing priorities through effective delegation and shift coordination, stepping up as nurse in charge when needed.
- Maintain professional standards through ongoing development, clinical supervision, and reflective practice.
- Build positive relationships with patients, colleagues, and visitors, addressing concerns and complaints effectively.
- Support newly qualified staff through preceptorship and adhere to safeguarding policies and the NMC Code of Conduct.
What You’ll Bring to the Role
Essential Qualifications:
- A minimum of 6 months post-registration experience in a Mental Health or Learning Disabilities Care Environment.
- Evidence of continued professional development in your relevant field.
