Your Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be at the forefront of managing the commercial resources for major projects across various sectors, including education, health, and defence. Your expertise will be crucial in maximizing project profitability through strategic contract management and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial resources to maximize planned gross margin and project profitability.
- Appoint subcontractors and place orders for materials and equipment within delegated authorities.
- Measure and value work to support invoicing of customers and payments to suppliers.
- Lead and motivate the project’s commercial staff to foster collaborative relationships.
- Assess, control, and mitigate commercial and contractual risks while implementing risk management policies.
