Location: Horton-Cum-Studley, Oxfordshire
Hours: 45 hours per week - we offer some flexibility, so just let us know what works for you!

Your Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be an integral part of our commercial team, working on an exciting Water Framework project. Your expertise will help ensure the successful delivery of the project during its construction phase, all while collaborating with a fantastic team.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Ensure compliance with procurement strategies, managing subcontract inquiries and tender reviews.
- Oversee valuations, project cashflows, and turnover forecasts, providing monthly cost reports.
- Offer legal and contractual advice on orders, changes, and subcontractor administration.
- Drive commercial initiatives and create margin improvement plans to maximize opportunities.
- Lead and mentor junior staff, ensuring workload targets and deadlines are met.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you:
- Hold a relevant academic qualification in a construction-related degree.
- Possess a full driving license.
- Have prior experience in a commercial role for a contractor, ideally with MEP exposure.
- Are familiar with a variety of contract forms.
- Thrive in a collaborative team environment.
