Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week
Practice Size: 8 surgery practice
Your Role and Responsibilities:
As a Practice Manager, you will be the backbone of our practice, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while planning for a successful future. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Delivering industry-leading patient care.
- Monitoring and planning to achieve income targets through effective recruitment, marketing, and patient management.
- Leading and motivating a dynamic team of 7-15 colleagues.
- Driving business priorities through collaboration and influence.
- Proactively marketing the practice to attract new patients.
- Ensuring compliance with CQC and legislative guidelines as the registered manager.
- Managing recruitment and selection for all practice staff.
- Utilizing Bupa products and services to maximize revenue.
- Confidently using computer software and communication tools.
- Previous dental experience is a plus, but we welcome managers from other sectors too!
