Your Role and Responsibilities

As a vital member of our compassionate team, you will play a key role in enhancing the well-being of our patients. We take a personalized approach, utilizing proven therapies to empower individuals to build healthier, more fulfilling futures. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Lead and support a diverse team of therapy professionals, including psychology and other specializations.
  • Facilitate regular management supervision in line with Priory policy, ensuring a supportive environment for all team members.
  • Maintain a balanced level of patient-facing clinical hours while taking on line management responsibilities.
  • Be the go-to person for clinical issues, managing risks and responding to complex patient needs with a multidisciplinary team.

What You’ll Bring to the Role

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and possesses the resilience to navigate challenges. Your natural empathy will be invaluable as you support others through their recovery journey. The ideal candidate will:

  • Be a registered healthcare professional with HCPC or an accredited psychotherapist with BACP, BABCP, or UKCP.
  • Have substantial experience in addiction services and a strong grasp of therapeutic roles in mental health settings.
  • Demonstrate proven managerial supervision experience and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills, with a keen awareness of cost management in a commercial environment.
